Are you a positive, organised and service minded person? Perhaps you should be working at Jayway? We are looking for someone who can welcome visitors to our office and be a helping hand for our employees.
Your main duties will be answering the phone, taking care of incoming orders, handling incoming postal mail, placing orders for office supplies and handling our onboarding for new employees at Jayway. You are like a spider in the web who knows what is going on in the office and helps out where there is a need.
Skills & requirements
You need to be organised and structured and be able to handle many different work tasks during a day. You are used to work with different programs and systems. We work with Google mail, Google docs etc. Drivers license is a plus.
We are looking for a person who can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. Since you are our first impression to our guests we need someone with a positive mindset and a great service level.

Welcome our guests
Handle switchboard, incoming deliveries and postal mail
Place orders for office supplies and work lunches
Take care of the onboarding process for new employees at Jayway
Make sure our Intranet is updated
Plan internal events a few times a year
