I always keep learning and study the changes on the various platforms, Web, Windows, iOS, Android, and recently in the field of virtual, augmented and mixed reality. I strongly believe that to be good, you need to study and understand the the similarities and differences between platforms.

Design languages - Deep understanding of various design languages, navigational patterns and visual representation for Microsofts Modern UI, Googles Material design and iOS human interface guidelines.
