creativity and cool technology
Having spent a few years in management consulting and media I was on the hunt for a creative workplace pursuing my passion, cutting-edge technology. All of a sudden, there it was. Jayway.

constant development and a challenging environment
What excites me in my daily work is the never ending challenges we take on. At Jayway we aren’t scared of new challenges. Our client asks for something that is new to us? We learn. A new kind of project? We try it. To me it seems like we are limitless.
”Constant development” is a phrase that describes Jayway to me, we spend hours and hours every year to stay on top and learn new things. And not just any things, but things that actually interests each one of us. I’m not a developer or a designer, but all my colleagues still have patience explaining things to me when I want to understand them better to be able to communicate even better with our clients.
a workplace where you like to spend time
For me it is important to have a workplace where you feel like home. I have really nice colleagues, we do fun things together - during work hours and in our spare time - and the atmosphere is really open. Every day I get to spend time with really talented and passionate people while creating really cool things.
business-oriented nerd
That’s how I describe myself (yes, nerd is definitely a positive word). I come from the ’businessy’ side of our work and I love working with both sides - our clients and my really talented colleagues. I love nerdy pioneering tech, but I am better at the business than the development :)
I live in the suburbs of Stockholm with my soon-to-be husband and my daughter. I’m just as nerdy in my spare time, but with triathlon. In 2017 I did my first half Ironman, and I’m hoping for a comeback, after having our daughter, in 2019. In our house we have our own gym and we own six or seven bikes (I have stopped counting). We love to travel and experience new places and another passion of mine is to read non-fiction books.
Favorite travel destination: Hawaii, California or any place I haven’t been
Favorite book: almost anything non-fiction, currently reading Life 3.0 by Max Tegmark
Favorite TV/film: Black mirror
Favorite music: I trust Spotify and their algorithms, works 90% of the time :)
