Phase 3 is Evolve, and regards planning, building, measuring and learning all the way to launch and potential future evolvement of the product. The flow allow us to work structured and focused, while still developing customized concepts and products to our clients. Each phase of the flow provides different deliverables and can for example be validated prototypes and concepts, proposed architecture and technology platform for future product development, proposed scope for content and content in sharp product release or a minimum viable product.
Digital technology allows us to both solve new problems and address old problems in new ways. Digitalization opens up new markets, channels and business models. Through a structured innovation- and design methodology, we help our clients explore and develop new digital business opportunities using our flow path; Define, Prove & Evolve. Define is the first phase of the Jayway method, and concerns research, workshops, prototyping, testing and decision-making about the next stage. The second phase is Prove, and concerns the design, validation, analysis, learnings and decision-making regarding the product.
