Physical challenge made realistic through VR
Gyldendal was in need of a solution that was able to educate and train SOSU assistants in how to manage medicine for patients. The challenge was a limited budget and time constraint, providing 2 weeks of design and development for the Jayway team.
In collaboration with Gyldendal, the team did a one-day workshop with the principles of the Jayway-way of digitizing ideas. The goal was defined along with the most crucial challenges and prioritised according to the tight deadline.
The result was a VR prototype for a simple user case, built to be scalable for commercial use. The prototype was built in only 10 days, including adding small details and minor adjustments to the final prototype in order to make the experience as realistic as possible. The project was a close collaboration between our Copenhagen and Malmö studio.
"We have been super happy working with Jayway. Everything has been done as promised, all deadlines were met, and the product is exactly as we wished for" - Anders Djurhuus, Digital Project Manager, Gyldendal
